1. Code of Conduct Policy

2. Work Health and Safety (WHS) Policy
Purpose:
To ensure a safe and healthy working environment in accordance with the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (NSW).
We will:
Eliminate or minimise risks as far as reasonably practicable.
Regularly assess hazards and implement controls.
Provide WHS training and consultation.
Report and investigate incidents promptly.
Promote mental health and wellbeing.
3. Environment & sutsainability Policy
Purpose:
To promote sustainability and minimise environmental impact.
We will:
Innovate our operational practices where practicable to improve on our business sustainability.
Comply with environmental regulations.
Reduce waste and energy use across operations.
Promote recycling and sustainable procurement.
Work towards minimising our Scope 1 and 2 emissions.
Work closely with our suppliers and subcontractors on Scope 3 emissions.
Encourage environmental awareness among employees.
4. Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Policy
Purpose:
To foster a workplace that is inclusive, diverse, and free of discrimination or harassment.
We will:

Ensure all media inquiries are directed to the company’s authorised spokesperson.

We will:
Follow required document retention periods.
Provide / Obtain secure storage facilities for records and undertake regular backups.
Only destroy records via secure, legal means.
Maintain audit trails for critical records.

Provide regular training to our employees based on role and any applicable regulatory needs.
Encourage professional development and upskilling.

13. Whistleblower Policy
Purpose:
JOLGG Group Pty Ltd is committed to high standards of integrity, accountability, and transparency. This policy ensures that individuals can report misconduct safely and anonymously, without fear of reprisal, in accordance with the Corporations Act (Cth).
We will:
Ensure whistleblower protection applies when a person makes a disclosure about any of the following:
Misconduct or improper conduct (e.g. fraud, bribery, corruption)
Breach of legal or regulatory obligations
Unsafe work practices or serious WHS breaches
Environmental violations
Dishonest, unethical, or oppressive behaviour
Concealment of any of the above
Note: Personal grievances (e.g. interpersonal conflicts) are not covered unless they include a systemic issue or retaliation for whistleblowing.
